FRAMEWORK My machine does the same thing, but I uninstalled the Perl SDK, so I was
expecting a failure with PLC....you may want to Uninstall/Install the
PDK and try again.

I cannot find perlRT.dll anywhere on my machine. There is no GAC
subfolder inside assembly.
 
Can anyone help?
