As explained to myself earlier to unsubscribe from this list:

send email to 
perl5-agents-request@[...].com

with 

unsubscribe

in the message body.

As well you can use the majordomo interface:
http://www.daft.com/cgi-bin/majordomo.

or send a message to majordomo@[...].com 
with unsubscribe in the message body.
