Yep. Syn 1 defines Perl 6 as anything that passes the test suite.

Perl 6 is a language. Just as Perl 5 is. They're both Perl, in that
they're both iterations of what Larry thinks the language should look
like.  Until the implementation of Perl that perl5-porters maintains can
pass the official test suite for Perl 6, we don't get to consider
incrementing the macro we currently call PERL_REVISION.  If we ever _do_
pass the official test suite for Perl 6, then, um, well, I'll be
thrilled. And very conflicted about what we should be calling ourselves.
