Updating to new PerlEx - Problems with Oracle

See if attached info helps you!
From ppm3 do: 'install -force DBD-Oracle' to install the latest .dll
and MAKE SURE you reinstall new Oracle 10g client, but only if it's
already installed; no need if only perl DBD-Oracle is there!
