Unfortunately for me, it didn't like me at all. the 4.2.0 under windows
just kept returning did not return correct CGI headers even with the
php.ini supplied with it, and a <? phpinfo(); ?>  page. So. I'll try and
investigate, but, it sure hated me lots!!!

I did notice that a command line of php followed by a <? echo "Hello";
?>  didn't return the usuall context header ie text/html line.. this
probably has something to do with it.. Will try and look tomorrow
