Can php-lib-stable be released as is?  I have no idea of the status, if
it isn't, I am planning on building a 7.2c1 based on the 7.2c tarball (NOT
CVS) and putting it on the site.

This is a serious problem and needs to be fixed and announced on BUQTRAQ,
Freshmeat, phpbuilder.com, php-general, maybe even lwn.net soon.
