to check your phplib try

http://your.site.com/any/phplib/page.php?_PHPLIB[libdir]=XXXX

if you get an error like

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'XXXdb_mysql.inc' (include_path='')
in
/usr/project/horde/phplib/prepend.php3 on line 19

then its KO

if your pages show up, then it's OK
