Ok folks.

- CVS is moved from phplib.netuse.de to cvs.phplib.sourceforge.net
  Kristian, please turn off those moduluse on the phplib machine.

- Lists will be set up this weekend.  Since project admins at SF can't
  mass subscribe lists, we'll have to move the list the messy way,
  everyone go and sign your self up with your favorite set of options.
  Sorry about that, but since it took them 2 weeks to import the CVS
  trees, I don't want to wait that long again.  More detailed
  instructions will go out once the new lsits are set up at SF

- Website.  Chris Johnson will be re-doing moving the site.  If you have
  issues, idea, opnions or offers of help, please email him.

- Documnetation.  If you have documnetation issues or better
  documentation, please send it to the SF trackers or DocManager, if you
  don't code but want to help, fixing doc buglets or helping spread your
  wisdom is a wonderful way.

Sorry for the extreme delay in getting this going, the day job went all
pear-shaped for a good long while.

As always, if you have patches, addtions, bugs or feature requests, please
send them to the SourceForge Trackers, that's where they are there for and
they do help keep everything organized nicely.

Again, apologies for the delay in getting this done.
