Re: [phplib] What is the "good" choice ? | Re: [phplib] problem using "new_user_md5.php3"
I have been trying to get the md5 login sample pages to work on my system.
However, there seems to be a bug somewhere I canot locate.

When I try to use the User Administration file located in the "pages"
directory of the phplib 7.2d distrobution, I keep getting the following
error when I try to change the permissions of a user.

Error: Failed: update auth_user_md5 set username='myusername',
password='2e771fe4f4354532dbc49c9c9a45e81f', perms='Array' where
user_id='c41df10bad6b1aa4f4a697e271c18262'

I also noticed that the dropdown display list of user options does not
highlight the users perms once you have tried to change them, however, if
you correct the entry in the database from "Array" to "admin for example it
will show up.

As you can see from the error message above the "perms" field is an array.
That to me tells me there is something wrong somewhere??? I cannot seem to
locate the problem. Any suggestions?

Thanks in advance.
