Pour ma part, je fais comme toi et je n'ai pas de problème.
Par contre, j'utilise les guillemets -- include
("../../fonction/base.php") --
pas les apostrophes
comme dans
<img src="../../fonction/base.gif"> 
qui fonctionne comme tu le dis plus bas.
