Apache 1.3.26(as a Module) + php had done, but when i use this index.php
file here to do an authenticate, it doesn't work

when run index.php, it also appear a windows enquire username/password. =
But
after 3 times touch true username/password then it notice error page. =
Seem
Header or $PHP_AUTH_USER,... doesn't work
