[PHP-WIN] No Syntax Errors In Command Line Mode

[PHP-WIN] PHP 5 / IIS 7 / Vista
Anyone else tried this out? It seems much more stable than 5.1.3+
(i.e. no more things like this: http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=38744 or
http://bugs.php.net/bug.php?id=37483.)
