I designed a simple php editor (just like notepad). I need permission to =
use your php manual (windows help file) as it is in my php editor. No =
part of the file is modified. I just want to include it in the editor, =
so that that if someone needs php reference, they can see it in the =
manual instead of going online. All credits, license information and =
php.net links are intact.=20
