In the source code and the parser token list, the => operator is
reference as "double arrow" - the docs do not seem to name the operator
anywhere, it's always referenced as "=> " instead.
For teaching or training PHP to others, it would be much better to say
"double arrow" instead of "equal sign, greater than." It would be very
helpful for people learning php to be able to search for the operator
and have something come up.
It may also be handy to have it listed somewhere in the operators
section of the manual:

Possibly the same would hold true for things like -> and ::
