Bug description:  PDO::FETCH_SERIALIZE is a mystery

I cannot find any information about PDO::FETCH_SERIALIZE fetch mode for
PDO. Could you please provide an example for its usage since the only
place where it is mentioned is in the fetch modes list but nothing more.
