Bug description:  .chm EN file compilation error

There is a compilation error in .CHM documentation release of date Thu Nov
23 00:00:18 2006. On clicking any link from side pane the following error
appears.

Cannot find 'H:/phpdoc/en/.....html'. Make sure the path or internet
address is correct.

I have downloaded the .CHM from different mirrors (including Yahoo Inc.,
Hurricane Electric,Directi Web Hosting India)  and all have the same
problem.
