Bug description:  Wrong link to PEAR on mail page

Description:

The documentation on the mail() function contains a link to PEAR::Mail,
which claims to help send HTML and other complex mails. However, it's the
Mail_Mime package that allows you to do that. PEAR::Mail just allows you
to easily send out a preformatted mail.
