No, I don't - though I haven't looked very hard. There are 5.10 reps at 
bribes, uwinnipeg and trouchelle. Links to all 3 are provided at 
http://cpan.uwinnipeg.ca/PPMPackages/10xx/ (about 22 lines down from the top 
of the page).

However, I've just built 5.10.0 binaries for Crypt-OpenSSL-Random-0.04 and 
Crypt-OpenSSL-RSA-0.25. I'll just have to whack up a ppd for them, and I'll 
send them over (off list) .... unless my ISP is having one of those bad days 
when I can't send attachments larger than a few Kb.
(They've been built against a static openssl, so you won't even need openssl 
on your pc.)
