offer ...

- here is some additional README text for the CustDB example:

"data is stored as in a text file in comma separated values (CSV) format.
For alternative storage formats, see the addresses, flatFileDatabase, and
TextIndexer samples."

- dbbrowser seems to assume that the database is on the local host. if there
is a way to connect to a non-local database, the docs make no mention of the
syntax for 'database' field.
- the flatFileDatabase example has no File ->  Save menu. This contadicts its
readme file.
