It bothered me that there weren't any screenshots so I slapped a page
together using the sample pages build script.

I also updated the wiki page

http://wiki.wxpython.org/index.cgi/PythonCardEditor

to reference the screenshots and readme.txt page. Both of these need to be
brought up-to-date since they still refer to the codeEditor as a sample and
most of the text sounds like the codeEditor isn't useful for real work.
Since Patrick and I (among others) use it as our primary Python editor and
have been doing so since this summer it is probably time to give the
codeEditor a little more respect ;-)
