I'm continuing my code cleanups for the PythonCard framework, samples, and
tools. I plan to make a release in the next week once wxPython 2.4 is out,
so hopefully most of the PEP 290 related cleanup will be done by then.

Most of the changes I'm focusing on now are PEP 290 issues for "Python 2.2
or Later". Even though the framework is still a prototype, and thus an alpha
API, doing things the right way seems like a worthy goal and it helps make
the code more readable.
