get the source from cvs (be sure it is the MOZILLA_1_8_BRANCH) and grab 
the missing headers from that.  If you run into linkage issues, you 
might have to build firefox yourself in order to build pyxpcom.  You can 
always get fx build options with the url about:buildconfig
