An alternative for making a XulRunner build that includes PyXPCOM is to
make an extension (xpi) that can be installed into an existing XulRunner
build/application.
I've recently begun work on this for Firefox:
http://pyxpcomext.mozdev.org/
And have extension builds that work with Firefox 2 for Windows and Linux.
I think the same principle and idea would suit XulRunner as well.
Cheers,
Todd
