Hello!

On rubyforge, any developers may write and then show a list of skills. But it 
seems to me that nobody uses it. Did anybody ever use it? And if not, why?

There is also a peer evaluation system based on Advogato, but as for the skill 
list, it seems to be unused. Did anybody ever used it? And if not, why?
