Summary: request enhancing INDIC_ROUNDBOX 

Initial Comment:
Current implementaton of INDIC_ROUNDBOX is using Surface-> AlphaRectangle(). But, it make the
 color too "light". Is it possible to let it draw as a background color in Editor::DrawLine(
)?
