Well, it was working quite fine before you made changes,
and it did not work anymore as I want.
So I restart from the beginning...

Let's consider image_inspector.py

Once overlay has been added to overlays,
is it possible to not display the inspector at starting ?
I tried with the visible attribute as

overlay.visible=False

but the inspector is still displayed at starting.

Auxiliary question:

Before, to not display the inspector,
I was removing the overlay from overlays.
Thus, new one was created each time I pressed on 'p'.
BTW, is it the only way to proceed,
or can I play with the visible attribute to toggle on/off the
inspector ?

TIA.

Cheers,
