  Position: Senior Software Engineer
  Location: Santa Clara, CA
  Responsibilities
  �         Senior Software Development Engineer to take responsibility for the design and
 development of high performance algorithms and data structures for an industry-leading WAN 
accelerator/optimization product.


  �         Analyze application protocols and their performance across WANs to identify an
d design optimization and application acceleration techniques. 
Design high performance algorithms and data structures in support of WAN optimization. To in
clude:


  �          Application protocol acceleration (CIFS, NFS, MAPI, iSCSI, SMB, HTTP, HTML & 
Storage Protocols)


  �          Compression


  �          TCP acceleration


  �          Write functional specifications, design documents, unit test plans 
  Required skills: 
5+ years working knowledge of TCP/IP internals and Linux
3+ years implementing network application level protocols 
5+ years of C or C++
Strong background in networking protocols
Proficiency in C++ is a plus.
