You are right; I didn't have the text in front of me and remembered only
the part. Although I still think that Squeak was the main point, I stand
corrected and understand the feelings expressed in the reactions.

     Actually, I think the comment that "the maintainer of the main VM
code publically stated he will do shit unless someone pays him" is
pretty clearly a personal attack.
