[Win32][VM]: Update to 3.1 Alpha build 4

Re: [BUG] BookMorph Viewer Scripting Menu | Re: [Win32][VM]: Update to 3.1 Alpha build 4
Folks,

I've just released Alpha build 4 of the 3.1 VM which is in the usual places
at

http://isgwww.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~raab/squeak/SqueakExe.zip
http://isgwww.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~raab/squeak/src/Squeak3.1Alpha4Src.zip

Please note that there are no really big changes in the VM - most of the
stuff that has changed was related to fixing a few bugs here and there (like
making the single mouse button preference work again, fix a few issues with
plugins etc).

What *has* changed, however, are some of the tools that I am using. After
some discussion offline I decided to switch to later versions of both, GCC
and the MingW headers/libs (makes some stuff less painful in the code).
Because of this, you may have trouble to compile the VM with any existing
setup. But wait! Help is on its way. I've assembled all the tools you need
to recompile the VM at

http://isgwww.cs.uni-magdeburg.de/~raab/squeak/src/tools/

so if you want to recompile the VM I *strongly* recommend using the versions
provided there. It will spare all of us lengthy discussions about "why I am
getting this or that error when I am trying to recompile the VM". Please see
also the file readme.txt in the above directory why some of the tools need
to to have exactly this version and no later or earlier ones.

Thanks and enjoy,
  - Andreas
