I have a "major-shrunk" image I created, you can get it (plus the VM) at:

http://www.huv.com/SqueakHelio.zip

It has the Lucy font (the one Jay did) installed, and it comes up in a
160x160 window.

You need to load the VM using the bootloader (since it also includes
Linux).
