ability to start processes." -- Gerald Lester

"People will always want to print books, but they are a vanishingly small
proportion of the real document tasks." -- Colin McCormack

Yes, it's pleasant enough using ActiveTcl for your own work,
but what happens when it's time to deliver to a customer? As
much as possible--and remember, of course, that "Tcl-URL!" is
not a lawyer--ActiveState's license provides that what happens
is exactly what should happen: you pay modestly for a few
pieces, and use the results freely.

You recognize that an associative array has no determinate
order. You *want* it to, though. Neil Madden and Roy Terry
    exhaustively detail the possibilities.

Thanks to Arjen Markus for his report from the Wiki(s):
A lot of attention to Tk-related subjects this week on the Wiki.
  So, let us start rightaway.

  Widgets and GUIs
  - If you have a really large set of items to show, how would
you do that? <http://wiki.tcl.tk/4547> addresses that
    question ...

  - Testing your GUI? Let TkReplay help ... <http://wiki.tcl.tk/209>
claims it is available for Windows too.

  - One of things you can do with Snit is shown on this page -
<http://wiki.tcl.tk/13416> - with an update for Tile too.

  - Designing a GUI? Let the links in <http://wiki.tcl.tk/14074>
    lead the way.

  Toys
  - Get the picture from your digital camera - it is all possible
    with Tcl - <http://wiki.tcl.tk/14314>

  - Just a tangram-like puzzle game - <http://wiki.tcl.tk/8887>

  - Joining a list of lists of lists of ... Why not?
<http://wiki.tcl.tk/10916> holds an amusing little script

Everything Tcl-related you want is probably one or two clicks away in these
pages:

of documents and software with provisions for individuals to
maintain references to their own software:
        http://www.tcl.tk/resource/
The TDX sponsor, ActiveState, also keeps info to convince your
boss Tcl is a good thing

The Tcl'ers Wiki is a huge, dynamic, collaboratively edited repository
of documentation, examples, tutorials and pontifications on all things
    Tcl.

For the ideal overview of the topics about Tcl most likely to
interest a newcomer, see "Arts and Crafts ..."
        http://wiki.tcl.tk/969

ActiveState maintains binaries distribution and development tools
        http://www.activestate.com/Tcl
along with a Cookbook of Tcl recipes

deli.cio.us presents an intriguing approach to reference commentary.
It already aggregates quite a bit of Tcl intelligence.
