I've updated the stylesheet in CVS to fix both these issues. Please reopen
this bug if there are still problems.

I was just creating a tracker item so that I don't forget to look into
this. I'm away for the weekend, so won't be able to look at this until
Tuesday/Wednesday.

alternative site that works well with the fonts you have?
