Summary: Add "none" to supported cursor list (Win32/Unix)
Initial Comment:
The attached patch defines a cursor named "none",
it makes the pointer invisible. This is for
presentation application that need to hide
the cursor for a period of time.
This wiki shows that users need this functionality.
http://wiki.tcl.tk/9471
But, most users are not going to make Win32,
Unix, and Mac cursors. Tk should define this
as a built in cursor and it must work the
same way on all platforms.
