:^)  Don't give up on 144 though.  Just hunt other things for a little while.

I nearly did a CFV on this one last week with the rest of the current call, but
the results of the discussion last time hadn't been added in at the time so I
held off instead.  It'd be particularly nice if the TIP could mention that using
the code for anything other than debugging is strictly a bad thing to do.

Implementation should be less of an issue; after all, we have a good idea what
we want to happen.

At the moment, I'm up to my eyeballs in TIP#112 (as well as running a few other
votes) so I've not had time to look over those TIPs in great detail.  Sorry.
