I plan to call for votes on these TIPs next week, probably on Tuesday.
If you have pending comments on them, or you need more time to review
them before you can cast an informed vote, please say so before then.

TIP 147 - Author Peter Spujth says he's satisfied with this one and
	it's a clear syntax enhancement to let Tk's [grid] keep track
	of some tedious housekeeping, so the programmer doesn't have to.
	
TIP 148 - This is really a bug fix in [list]-quoting.  There have been
	no screams over it, so I'm assuming fear of controversy was
	unwarranted.
	
TIP 151 - This is a small fix-up to recently Accepted TIP 137.  Since
	the TIP 137 vote is fresh in our minds, I don't expect we'll
	need another round of comments on this.
