I've just discovered that a handful of files in my sandbox copy
of tcl/library/tcltest leaked their way in the Tcl 8.4.13 source
distribution.

Their presence is harmless to the functioning of Tcl and tcltest
(which explains why testing didn't point them out), but they don't
belong in the distro.

I'd like to issue a revised tarball.  Are there any objections to
just replacing the distribution files with corrected versions?  I'd
rather not bump to 8.4.14 just for this.

Assuming the replacement is acceptable, any advice what level of
announcement the change merits?

Lesson to remember: make all your distribution tarballs from
`cvs export`ed sources.
