I have updated the font dialog TIP (tip #213) and also the sample
implementation. This still uses my ttk version of dkf's font chooser for
the tcl implementation and provides a Windows native dialog. The dialog
now only acts via the -apply option (there is no return value) to
hopefully accommodate MacOSX.

Keith Vetter has provided an alternative script dialog implementation
that closely mirrors the Windows font chooser. If this is preferred as
the unix dialog we can use this instead of the current script.

If there are no objections to this version of the TIP then I'll push for
a vote asap.
