Actually, it should be essentially the same as Snit 2.x; instead
of [namespace upvar $instanceNamespace var1 var1 var2 var2...],
it'll be [my variable var1 var2 ...].  It might even be a tad
faster, since the variable names have to be stacked only
once.  (Not sure about the bytecode situation, but that's
going to change as we attack optimization of this stuff, anyway.)
