I disagree about its stability.

As has all OO pieces to now.

XOTcl is a relative new comer. The oldest OO extension people (Incr
Tcl) seem happy with 257. Also the only time I hear of/from the XOTcl
crowd is when 257 is coming up for a vote -- in between their is
deafening silence. It is *their* responsibility to participate all
along the way with 257, not Donal's to be pulling their teeth to get
information out of them.

All in all, it seems like this last minute argument from the XOTcl crowd
is just acting as a spoiler and not a contributor.

Again, I strongly recommend that the vote on 257 go forward.

I'd like to recommend to all the voting members (note that I'm not a
voting member) to vote YES for 257.
