Sure, if but communication takes both parties.  This request was made to 
the XOTcl community two years ago and the only time they "communicate" 
is when someone wants to call a vote for 257 -- then they say there are 
"problems" and the vote should be delayed.   Once it is delayed they go 
away without more  communication until the next time someone wants to 
call a vote.

See a pattern here?

It kind of reminds me of the "Incr Tcl in Core", they did not want to do 
any of the work to make it happen.
