Just so I have a better sense what that implies for
release engineering....

Is it expected that such a followup TIP is achievable
in time to be part of the 8.6 feature freeze in October?

If not, what are the release engineering options available?
Delay?  Or Tcl 8.6.0 without a "complete" oo solution?
