I don't really know, I don't use one.
c.l.t may be a better place to ask. also search wiki.tcl.tk for
'debugger', IIRC there are a few things out here.

the compiled tclpro extensions are indeed part of my TclTkAqua BI
8.4.2.0 distro, but by themselves they're not enough to make a debugger
AFAIK.
Alphatk has the tcl part of the tclpro debugger included IIRC, but I
have not used it so I don't know any details, there should be docs on
this, otherwise it's best to ask on the alphatcl-developers list. It
may well be that the combination of the two does the trick.
You should also tell activestate if you're interested in TclDevKit for
OSX (not free of course).
