I don't know about TkAqua but you can find the manpage here:

I wonder, though.. wouldn't non-colour bitmaps be a bit obsolete for  
Aqua? Would be great if there was something more up-to-date. I mean,  
there's all kinds of icons in Aqua which could be useful.
