Just for clarity, I WAS relaunching Finder and it was not changing
the icon to the one I defined in Info.plist.
However, as Jon described, I was working with the original BI copy.
When I dupoicated it (and again relaunced
Finder), the correct icon (the new one in Info.plist) was displayed..
