Of course. What I'm saying is, Apple ships a bundle in /System/ 
Library, but TEA doesn't build a bundle, a bundle doesn't seem to be  
*necessary*, and a lot of Tcl packages aren't being distributed as  
bundles, so I just want to know what the "correct" format for Tcl  
packages is (what TEA does build seems rather unfriendly for  
distribution to other people).

Like I said:
