Someone posted on clt how to make the plugin install for IE, but
I can also automate that in the XPI install.  Noone has looked
into making CABs yet, but that should be an option too.

As to the instability - I am aware of that, and understand at
least the cause, but have no solution yet.  FF 1.5 is doing
something ... "different" with subclassing of windows on Windows
that is causing the issues.

As to using itcl/itk in the plugin ... it is technically possible,
but I'm still focused on other issues (and don't get much time on
the plugin right now ...).
