I just need the source code for 'libtbcload' from TclPro 1.2 so I can build
it on a RH 9 system with gcc 3.3.2 for use with compiled tcl code and a
custom wish (also compiled on RH 9 but uses tcl 8.0.5).  Unfortunately using
a newer tcl is not an option as we use a number of other tcl add-ons that do
not work with tcl 8.2, 8,3, etc.

I looked at the CVS repository in tbcload.  As far as I can tell the earliest
versions are TclPro 1.3/1.4beta based and make reference to "TclHandle
handle" which apparently does not exist in 8.0.5.
