I've setup Tcl::Tk wiki at http://vkonovalov.ru/cgi-bin/perl-tcltk-wiki.cgi
.
It currently contains not much information, but I will hopefully fill it
incrementally.

So I'll refer to that wiki's URLs from time to time.
