[Tclxml-announce] ANNOUNCE: ActiveTcl 8.4.0.1 beta 2 Release
Updates and additions to the TclXML website:
* New section: xmlgen.
* Reference manuals for TclXML, TclDOM and TclXSLT updated.
All have been rewritten in DocBook and HTML generated.
* TclXSLT tutorial.
