A binary version of TclXML v2.4, including TclXML/expat,
is now available on the TclXML SourceForge site:
http://sourceforge.net/project/showfiles.php?group_id=13178

TclXML/expat has been built as Mac OS X frameworks.
To install, you simply download, uncompress and mount the
disk image (and single click should be all that's required)
and then drag the contents of the disk image to anywhere
that frameworks are found, eg. ~/Library/Frameworks,
/Library/Frameworks, etc.

You'll need a patched version of Tcl to be able to
'package require xml' the framework, see recent discussions
on the Tcl-Mac mailing list.
